I'm not in the business of instigating change. I am in the delicate and complex work of allowing and empowering it. Because I feel that ultimately, YOU have the wisdom and the power to bring about the changes you need; Because change is YOUR work and your choice, my role is to set the stage, in some instances empty it, explore what stands in the way, discover with you all the options and possibilities for change. Ultimately, you decide. The fact that you are here already ensures it. My job is to notice it, observe it, reflect it, and honor it. In this space, I have seen amazing change happen. Holding you Tenderly, Tania

of Us
Our journey begins with us.
Having been a recipient of medicine alone, in a group container, with a individual guide and with peer guides; I stand amazed to experience the difference first hand.
Even with my very best intentions, I notice my nervous system goes deeper, easier and faster knowing that the person who holds me is holds my history, my resources and can pivot with a rich menu of trauma modalities.
Our medicine container is ONE container not a series of different ones, contexts and guides. It sits on the foundation of years of therapeutic trust and knowledge earned the old fashion way - through time.
The sole differentiating factor between medicine work and psychedelic assisted therapy - having your therapist as your guide combines the best of both worlds.
Somatic Experiencing
Somatic Experiencing (SE ) is what I call the somatic CBT
( Dialectical Behavoiral Therapy ) of the body. While one focusses on the mind, this modality instills a awareness of the triggers on a minute somatic level. While SE is woven into every part of my work, ( my Ketamine and EMDR ) my clients' SE practice is what reinforces, maintains and nourishes the work that we achieve in session.
Ketamine
The option to introduce Ketamine into our work can be as subtle as daily micro-dosing, micro-dosing DURING session and ultimately our 3 day Ketamine Intensive. This medicine's superpower is to relax the amygdala and look at triggers from a more observer space. Our first foray into relaxing that PTSD muscle, Ketamine is the perfect introduction to the psychedelic container with a shelf life of 1 hour and low side effects.
Recommended for cilents who loop, perserverate, OCD, and panic attacks. I also use this modality for clients who have done alot of PTSD processing and need a somatic clearing or reset.
EMDR
My brand of EMDR combines the traditional protocols with a more somatic focus. Accelerated Resolution Therapy ( ART ) combines both into a more intuitive field where we work more somatically; less in cognitive reframes and outside of the story. This unique hybrid allows me to let go of the story and focus on the narrative stored in the body. Clients leave more resourced and anchored than traditional EMDR and trauma clears in 1-3 sessions instead of the usual 3-5 or 5-10. This protocol is well suited for those who do not want to rehash the story, those who do not speak English as well as for teens and men.
PSI Protocol
The PSI protocol is what makes my medicine container unique. It combines the Somatic Experiencing and the therapeutic relationship so that the therapist is "inside your journey"
Aimed at illuminating dissociation, and disabling the ways in which we avoid or dissociate from our discomfort or pain, this carefully crafted container allows for the pre-verbal/non-verbal or repressed body memories to appear.
This protocol is best recommended for those who don't remember their traumas, or have residual somatic symptoms in their bodies or traumatic loops that need support resolving.
